Description
This is a Tanabata festival organized by the Tenjinbashi-suji shopping arcade, held concurrently during Osaka Tenmangu Shrine's Tenma-tenjin Tanabata Festival. People write their wishes on tanzaku (strip of paper), and then hang them on sasa (a type of bamboo) growing beside the "pond of Seiai".
