Description
This fireworks festival is held on both sides of the Kanmon straits that connect Fukuoka Prefecture's Kitakyushu City, and Yamaguchi Prefecture's Shimonoseki City. Fireworks are launched from boats 300m out to sea on both sides as if they were competing.
