Description
The "Hokkai Soran Matsuri" is a festival held at Nikka Whiskey's Hokkaido factory as well as its surrounding town. Soran dance performed by locals in yukata (cotton summer kimonos), parades, fireworks displays in the cool evening and local delicacies make up this northern summer festival.
