Description
Along the banks of the Kariyatagawa River, that runs directly between the town of Nakanoshima in Nagaoka City, and the town of Imamachi in Mitsuke City, massive kites ranging up to 16.5square meters in size are flown through the sky to the sound of festival goers' calls.
